We the people of the Constitutional Republic Party, hereby announce that our party platform is predicated on the principles of The Declaration of Independence and The Constitution of the United States, with special emphasis on the Bill of Rights and the 14th Amendment.

We believe in our founders’ vision of the founding documents, that they are the foundation of Freedom and Liberty, and are the Supreme law of the Land.

The sole purpose of government, as stated in the Declaration of Independence, is to protect the people’s unalienable rights granted by our Creator.

When Government grows beyond this scope, Liberty is compromised. We believe the major issues we face today are best remedied by looking at all things through the lens of these, our Constitutional Republic’s founding documents.
